Specialist 02 / User experience

UX.md

Make the experiencemake sense.

A specialist for thinking through the way people understand, navigate and use your product.

Development noteUX.md is in development. This page previews the intended direction; capabilities and package contents will be refined against the final release.

01 / In practice

A first visit. A clear next step.

Illustrative example
Written to explain the approach; not output from the final agent.

The brief

A project-management app asks new users to create a workspace, invite a team and configure a project before they can see what it does. How could the first-use experience be clearer?

A possible direction

01

Observation

The flow asks for commitment before giving the user a useful view of the product.

02

Design direction

Let the user explore a sample project, then create their own when the structure makes sense.

03

Next step

Offer one primary action: create a first project. Move team invitations to the moment collaboration becomes useful.

The useful shift: connect each request to a reason the user already understands.

02 / Areas of focus

Think through
the experience.

The intended scope of UX.md.
To be refined with the final package.

01

Read the journey

Look at the steps, decisions and handoffs between an initial intention and a completed task.

02

Question the interface

Examine hierarchy, language, feedback and the clarity of the next action.

03

Explore alternatives

Consider different routes through a problem and make the tradeoffs explicit.

04

Make decisions legible

Connect a design recommendation to the user need and product constraint behind it.

Made for

Designers, product teams and builders shaping an experience or revisiting a difficult flow.

Keep in mind

A thinking partner for design work. User research, accessibility testing and validation with real people still matter.
